March 28 was the Marana Police Department’s Tip-A-Cop night at the Texas Roadhouse in Marana. Police officers and support personnel helped the wait staff at the restaurant serve the guests as a way to collect contributions for Special Olympics. Here, Officer Gerry Tisley and Lora Canney a MPD Records Clerk and the mother of a Special Olympian set up out in front of the restaurant. According to the police involved, about $3,110 was raised.
