Optimist Clubs to host annual First Responders Recognition Dinner

MARANA — The 4th Annual First Responders Recognition Dinner will be held Thursday, April 12 at Stardance Event Center, Marana.

The Casas Adobe, Foothills and Marana Optimist clubs sponsors the dinner. Things get underway at 6 p.m. The dinner will recognize first responders from Pima County Sheriff’s Department, Golder Ranch Fire District, Marana Police Department, Picture Rocks Fire District, Avra Valley Fire District, Drexel Heights Fire District, Northwest Fire District, Rural Metro Fire Department, Oro Valley Police Department, Arizona Department of Public Safety, Southwest Ambulance, South Tucson Police Department and South Tucson Fire Department. Men and women who risk their lives for the public will be honored for their work.
