Northwest Fire spokesman Adam Goldberg was traveling westbound on Ina Road near I-10 at about 9 a.m. yesterday and snapped this picture from the Circle K parking lot. Goldberg talked to the owner/rider of the horse who was riding from somewhere in California to Tucson where the cowboy is planning to take up residency.
