AVRA VALLEY — The Avra Valley Fire District recently sent some firefighters and trucks to the state of Wyoming to assist in putting out two wild fires.
A type 3 brush truck and watertender were sent to help aid the firefighting efforts that are needed for Wyoming.
The water tender went to the Squirrel Creek Fire and the brush truck was assigned to the Arapaho Fire which is the largest of the two fires burning in Wyoming.
