“DO THE RIGHT THING, Mountain View! Get Fit Week!” provides students at Mountain View High School multiple special opportunities to participate in lunchtime activities to celebrate Wellness Week.
Coordinated by the Health and Medical Sciences (HMS) Academy and the Student Wellness Advocacy Team (SWAT), activities will occur at 12:45 p.m. at Mountain View High School, 3901 W. Linda Vista Blvd:

Aligned with the CPPW (Communities Putting Prevention to Work) grant, Mountain View High School is committed to increasing participation in extra-curricular physical activity programs, i.e. before school, after school, or at lunch. Wellness Weeks are set up to focus attention on physical activity and nutrition particularly during four weeks of the school year. One week, in every nine weeks of school, the school highlights the importance of wellness, emphasizing healthy eating and leading an active life.
