2012 Football Schedules

The high school football season is just about six weeks off. Of course Mountain View and Marana kick off against each other on August 24 at the Mountain Lions’ home field.

It also marks the debut of both schools’ new coaches, Marana’s Andy Litten and Mountain View’s Bam McRae. The game will be both coaches’ debut as head coaches at the high school level.

The Lions’ are coming off a 4-6 season. McCrae will be their fourth coach in four seasons. Litten inherits a Marana squad that went 0-10 last season and have won just one of their past 24 games since a 20-0 win over Flowing Wells December 9, 2009.
